The quote tool

The application collects gender, date of birth, your health ranking, smoking status, target benefit and policy term. That gets submitted to the carriers' quoting platform for rate generation, not kept by this site. Quotes require no name, home address, phone or email. Matching requests may pull from temporary cache to avoid re-querying.

Applying

When you proceed to apply, your responses prefill a protected form handled by the carriers' platform under their own terms. All applications go through Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed broker (Lic. 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact field takes your name, email address, an optional phone, preferred reply method, a topic selection and your message. Email delivery goes to the agency; your email doubles as the return address. We archive no copy, maintain no submission list and retain zero message logs. A brief anti-spam check runs client-side before sending.

Measurement

This website uses first-party, ad-free measurement delivered from this domain. No cookies or client identifiers are stored; two bytes of your IP get masked before logging; referring-page query strings are stripped; raw logs expire after 90 days. Privacy signals (DNT and GPC) prevent any measurement.

What we do not do

We don't trade data, avoid ad networks, and skip third-party measurement. Only the application page includes external code—the carriers' platform—which activates only if you visit.
